Camera Operator

Summary Entravision is looking for a skilled and reliable Camera Operator to join our national Spanish-language streaming news team. This role is responsible for operating studio cameras during live newscasts, breaking news coverage, and special productions while working closely with directors, producers, talent, and the technical team to deliver dynamic, high-quality broadcasts . Essential Functions Operate studio cameras during live newscasts, special coverage, interviews, and recorded productions. Execute camera shots accurately following the Technical Director's direction. Frame, compose, and adjust shots to maintain professional broadcast quality. Work closely with directors, producers, floor directors, and on-air talent to ensure seamless productions. Set up and reposition cameras, tripods, and studio equipment as needed. Assist with lighting adjustments and basic studio setup when required. Maintain awareness of rundown changes and react quickly during breaking news situations. Perform routine equipment checks and report technical issues promptly. Support special events and remote productions as assigned.
