Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates to assess interest and fit Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases for sourcing Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fill Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights What are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer who can identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is skilled in building strong talent pipelines, understands market trends, and partners effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
