Care Coordinator Deaf Program- Part Time- Saturday-Sunday (2pm to 10pm)

Rehabilitation Specialists are expected to implement the Recovery Model in all interactions with members. This approach emphasizes hope, autonomy, peer support, respect, empathy, non-stigmatizing language, empowerment, leveraging members' strengths, and fostering self-determination. Preferred Skills & Attributes: •Understanding of recovery-oriented mental health approaches •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support individuals of diverse backgrounds •Crisis intervention and problem-solving skills •Fluency in ASL (required for the Deaf Program)
