What You’ll Do as an Automotive Sales Associate Deliver an unforgettable, world-class car-buying experience from the moment customers arrive. Match customers with the perfect Honda, Mazda, Buick, or GMC vehicle using expert product knowledge and the latest automotive technology. Guide guests through seamless test drives, presentations, and financing. Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Hit (and exceed) personal and team sales goals in a high-energy, supportive environment. Stay ahead of industry trends, inventory, and promotions. Who We’re Looking For Sales or customer service experience preferred  — but  not required . We invest in great people and provide elite training. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Genuine passion for cars and helping people. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish)  — a big plus! Ability to commute to Brickell (Miami, FL 33130) is required.
