Carpenter 1

The Carpenter will report to the Building Maintenance Foreman. This is skilled work in several trades in carpentry. The Carpenter will perform various skilled carpentry work removing damaged materials or performing full demolition of existing structures, hand, and power tools to measure, cut, construct, and install materials and products according to dimensional requirements and specifications. The employee’s work is performed independently and checked upon completion for adherence to guidelines and quality and timeliness standards. This position has no direct reports. To be successful in this position, have a strong work ethic and high standards to perform quality work.
