Cash Specialist

Job Description Cash Specialist Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Specialist to manage daily cash transactions, reconcile accounts, and support financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate recording of payments, investigate discrepancies, and maintain compliance with company financial procedures. Key Responsibilities: Process and post customer payments, wire transfers, ACH payments, and checks Reconcile daily cash activity and bank statements Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Monitor outstanding balances and support collections activities Prepare cash reports and assist with forecasting Coordinate with accounting, accounts receivable, and treasury teams Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Communicate with customers and banks regarding payment issues Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1–3 years of accounting, cash application, or finance experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?
