Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: Assists the Cashiering Operations Shift Manager with daily operations including supervising, training and counseling of employees Ensures compliance with casino regulatory rules and regulations as well as casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets Handles customer service and employee related problems professionally Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Assumes Cashiering Operations Shift Manager’s responsibilities, in their absence Works a variety of jobs in the department, as needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Two years of casino currency handling experience Competencies :  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Good written and verbal communication skills Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks Knowledge of the Front Windows and Banks Knowledge of casinos computer management system Training Requirements: Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes Knowledge of Outlook, ACSC, NRT/Certegy and ERP computer systems Knowledge of the casino computer management system Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to work in a smoking environment Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
