Job Description
Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused CDL Drivers in Kansas and Texas to support rail construction and operations projects. This is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and tools to job sites while supporting field operations.
In this role, you will safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle, assist with loading and unloading equipment, and support field teams as needed. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials and equipment are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with DOT and FRA regulations.

Full-time; schedule varies based on project and travel requirements
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience
Duties
Safely operate a Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed and lowboy trailers
Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform basic preventive maintenance
Report any defects or maintenance needs to internal teams
Maneuver trucks in tight environments such as construction zones and active job sites
Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials safely
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Maintain proper documentation for deliveries, inspections, and incidents
Assist with labor or equipment operation tasks as needed
Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
Ability to secure loads safely to trailers
Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and job site environments
Ability to operate in construction zones and uneven terrain
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Strong attention to safety and detail
