Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED preferredGraduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program is required. In lieu of formal education program, one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience is required. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No experience is required with completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program. In lieu of formal education program, one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience is required. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: BLS required.
