Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, GI, OB, and urology cases Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide intraoperative anesthesia management and post-anesthesia recovery care Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal safety and quality standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program Board certified (NBCRNA) Active or eligible for Maine RN/APRN licensure Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong clinical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based care model #LI-TA1 #LI-TA1 Pay Transparency Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
