Job Location: Global About The Role: We are hiring a Channel Head to oversee the delivery, continuous improvement, and growth of performance marketing across paid digital channels. This role combines strategic oversight with active involvement in campaign execution, ensuring that marketing activities deliver measurable outcomes while identifying opportunities to strengthen channel performance and support business growth. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, the Channel Head will guide campaign planning, optimisation, performance evaluation, and ongoing experimentation across digital platforms. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, campaign measurement, and marketing technology, together with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that supports the organisation's commercial objectives.
