LMI is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer, Vice President (Defense market) with demonstrated performance leading the technology solutioning across our entire Defense Market.

Responsibilities
Provide visionary, enterprise-level leadership to guide innovation strategy and align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Drive growth across entire Defense Market, accelerating customer adoption and entering into new customer sets
Identify and implement innovation opportunities using emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance customer strategic and operational outcomes.
Scout, assess, and recommend transformative technologies and trends that advance and accelerate customer missions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap focused on high-impact, ROI-driven initiatives.
Advise senior executives, embedding innovation into business strategy and ensuring alignment with mission and long-term vision.
Champion the use of AI, automation, and digital tools to generate
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure innovation initiatives are integrated seamlessly into workflows.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems to accelerate transformation.
Qualifications
The ability to drive teams in complex solution development
Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifacts.
Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division/Groups in current LMI structure)
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Organization and time-management skills
Multitasking skills
Ability to manage large budgets effectively
Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company
Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT
Knowledge of best information security practices
Excellent leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI.
Demonstrated leadership capability. Team player.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market.
Advanced degree preferred.
