Claims Manager

Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, has an opening in our San Diego office for a Claims Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple indemnity claim units through direct management and development of Claim Supervisors.  This individual will be accountable for achieving organizational objectives related to claim quality, customer experience, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement.  The Claims Manager establishes and executes claim handling strategies, leverages data and technology to drive performance, ensures adherence to legal and company standards, and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.  ABOUT US With more than 50 years in business, Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies (BHHC) has grown from a regional organization to a national insurance group, offering insurance products from coast to coast.
