The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.  Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client solutions. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and company offerings. Requirements Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
