Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication. Assist in coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Support the development of client proposals, reports, and presentations. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure follow-up on pending matters. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
