The pay range for this position is $23.50 to $27.29 per hour, depending on education and experience. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The schedule for this position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. As the Clinical Administrative Analyst you will: Assist the Clinical department with administrative tasks and data management, including but not limited to assisting with auditing, tracking, scheduling, and licensing. Complete internal audits and assess compliance, run reports, interpret and enter data. Work closely with the Clinical and QI departments to develop and implement clinical projects, and provide support during audits, accredidation, and licensing visits.   Be able to effectively navigate multiple electonic health record platforms (EHRs) and state portals, and possess strong general computer and communication skills. Learn more about all of our benefits: Benefits and Rewards | Devereux Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must have valid driver's license Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience (preferred) or High School diploma with four years’ experience Minimum two to four years’ clinical and/or administrative experience.
