Job Summary Starting rate $92,227 Sign on bonus for non MGB employees $10,000 The Clinical Social Worker is an essential member of multidisciplinary care team at the Lurie Center for Autism, a clinical, research, training and advocacy program dedicated to treating individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders across the lifespan. The Clinical Social Worker performs compressive assessments and collaborates with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient centered treatment plans that integrate the medical, social, and resource issues that impact individual patients and families. Qualifications Essential Functions   Provide psychosocial assessments of patients   ages 6-15 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)   and   their   families .   Formulates biopsychosocial assessment, disposition, and treatment plans.   Provide evidence-based   clinical   interventions   to individuals ,   families ,   and   occasionally   groups,   including   psychoeducation ,   solutions-focused, s upportive,   and   ASD-informed   therapy   In collaboration with   multidisciplinary   team , including Lurie Center psychologist, evaluate patients with intellectual disabilities for guardianship and complete the Clinical Team Report (CTR).   Provide relevant referrals , advocacy,   and   clinical care coordination   between healthcare providers, schools, public agencies,   community resources,   etc.   Additional   responsibilities as   required   to support the needs of the Lurie Center and its patients.   Education Qualifications   Master's Degree in Social Work   required   Experience Qualifications   2-3 years Clinical Experience in a medical setting   required   Prior experience working with patients with autism spectrum disorder strongly preferred   Bilingual preferred   Skills and Abilities   Demonstrates proficient clinical judgment and application of professional values and ethics.
