This position offers … Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful work in a dynamic and supportive environment Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served Participate in selection of off-site resources for needed services that are not provided by the program Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are maintained Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings Act upon reports and recommendations from program/agency committees, team members, and client suggestions Provide oversight for service delivery, completing weekly checks on team member direct service hours Develop evolving programmatic schedule to meet client population needs Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies Adhere to and monitor program budget Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members Ensure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff members Respond/intervene in crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed ​ Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications Master's degree or licensed professional with post licensure experience in mental health and/or substance use disorders.  Must possess a Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC or LPC.
