Plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes 3. Average hours 125 hours per two weeks w/ high performers in the 200-hours range. Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift. What You'll Do Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
