Job Summary: As a Foreman, you are responsible for your crew’s production, safety, and quality of work, while also planning day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise and direct the field crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. You will work alongside your crew each day to install commercial roofing systems. Candidates for this role must be proficient in commercial roofing applications and possess the leadership skills necessary to succeed in this position. Standard Union  PAID benefits - health, dental, and vision Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance 401k w/ company match Opportunities for career advancement Daily Responsibilities Install commercial roofing systems: fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) Plan daily work activities, ensuring crews have clear direction, materials, and equipment needed to meet project goals. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and roofing teams to align schedules, resolve issues, and maintain workflow.
