Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Agent to support customer engagement, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and representing the company in a professional and positive manner. Responsibilities Support customer engagement and outreach initiatives. Provide information about company products and services. Assist with promotional campaigns and community outreach activities. Build positive relationships with customers and visitors. Distribute promotional materials during outreach initiatives. Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements. Maintain organized records of communication and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives. Represent the company professionally during promotional activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
