Job Summary We are looking for a professional Communications Agent to support customer engagement, outreach initiatives, and public-facing activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and representing a growing organization. Responsibilities Engage with customers and visitors professionally. Support outreach and customer engagement initiatives. Assist with promotional and community activities. Build positive relationships with customers. Gather feedback and share observations with the team. Maintain organized communication records. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve communication goals. Represent the company during outreach activities and events. Participate in ongoing training and development. High school diploma or equivalent required.
