Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating and directing health promotion and health maintenance services for the geriatric/pediatric population as well as the Business/Industrial area in the community. Qualifications Education Graduate of a nursing program Required Work Experience 3 years as a Registered Nurse Required or 6 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse Required Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire Required BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Walton Hospital
