Overview
The Compensation Operations Analyst supports the administration of global end-of-year compensation processes across multiple regions. This role works closely with Compensation, People Operations, HR Technology, and regional stakeholders to help ensure compensation systems, workflows, and communications are accurate and well-coordinated. This position is ideal for an early-career professional interested in global compensation operations, HR systems, and process improvement. The role provides exposure to global compensation cycles, cross-regional collaboration, and structured project work in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
Assist in the execution of global end-of-year compensation processes across regions
Support data validation activities to help ensure compensation data and system calculations are accurate
Flag discrepancies, data issues, or process gaps for review by senior team members
Contribute to post-cycle documentation and lessons learned
Execute defined system testing scenarios for global compensation processes
Validate system functionality across regions, currencies, and compensation structures
Document testing results and escalate issues to HR Technology or senior team members
Assist in tracking enhancements and system updates
Provide support for global compensation projects, including regulatory or compliance-related initiatives
Assist in gathering regional inputs and compiling documentation
Help maintain process documentation and reference materials
Support efforts to align tools and practices across regions under guidance
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
0–1 years of experience or internship exposure in HR operations, compensation, analytics, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Internship or academic exposure to HR systems or compensation concepts
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
Interest in global operations
Curiosity about HR technology, analytics, or compensation practices
