We’re real estate developers building healthy and luxury residential communities where thoughtful design and robust construction techniques are used.
At Sanctuary, we’re hands-on builders first. We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for a punctual, sharp, and execution-focused Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for our first large-scale development: a 50+ home project in the Texas Hill Country, with more in the pipeline.
If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality residential projects, thrive by keeping budgets and schedule in check - this is the opportunity.
Your #1 mission:
Reduce build cost from $300 to $200 per square foot - without cutting corners - and break ground on 60 homes by the end of 2026.
We’re partnered with a seasoned General Contractor who brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the table. To complement this relationship and support our ambitious build targets, we’re hiring a dedicated Construction Manager to represent Sanctuary on-site, streamline internal coordination, and help us stay closely aligned with our standards, pace, and evolving priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and lead all developer on-site operations for vertical construction
- Manage day-to-day construction, schedules, and inspections
- Strategically value-engineer details and scopes to bring costs down
- Track progress, hit deadlines, and proactively solve problems
- Partner closely with internal architecture, BIM and product teams to keep things moving
- Proactively place material orders, identify and solve bottlenecks.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience managing residential or small-scale community builds
- Knowledge of Texas construction codes, subs, vendors, and logistics
- Strong leadership and field coordination skills - you run a clean, efficient, no-drama site
- Comfort working independently with full accountability for jobsite results
WHY JOIN SANCTUARY?
- You’ll be first on the ground for a one-of-a-kind project focused on healthy homes
- You’ll have the freedom to lead, make decisions, and actually move the needle
- You’ll be supported by a small, agile, no-BS leadership team
- Your work will be seen, appreciated, and built to last
If you’re ready to lead a smarter build, cut unnecessary costs, and be part of something that actually matters, we want to hear from you.
Apply, and let's talk!
