Job available in this location: New York, NY Chicago, Il Our Products & Services practice are looking for an experienced Consultant to join the team.   We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our consulting team, specializing in commercial strategy within the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail (CP&R) industry. This role will focus on helping clients drive competitive advantage through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic, business, and IT expertise. What you will be doing You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions You will conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation You will foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-impact solutions You will work in a collaborative team environment, leveraging creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges You will stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and forward-thinking strategies Your skills and experience You will have at least 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail (CP&R) industry You will have broad experience across strategy, business operations, and IT, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies You will have high level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage You will have exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box You will have strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments You will have ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What a career at Baringa will give you   Putting   People   First.
