As a Consultant – Cybersecurity Integration , you will support the cybersecurity workstream of large-scale integration programmes (e.g., acquisitions, divestments, and transformations). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess current security posture, identify risks, and enable secure Day 1 and post-integration readiness.
This role requires a strong blend of cybersecurity fundamentals, structured problem solving, and stakeholder coordination across business, IT, and OT environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity Assessment & Analysis
Conduct asset discovery and inventory validation across IT, OT, and business environments
Perform security control assessments against defined frameworks and integration requirements
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies impacting integration outcomes
2. Integration Execution Support
Support the execution of cybersecurity integration plans across multiple workstreams
Coordinate with IT, OT, and business teams to gather required data and inputs
Assist in tracking progress of integration activities and resolving blockers
3. Risk & Remediation Management
Maintain and track risk logs, issues, and remediation actions
Support prioritization of security remediation aligned with Day 1 and transition milestones
Monitor closure of gaps and provide status updates to leadership
4. Day 1 & Transition Readiness
Support activities required to ensure Day 1 security readiness
Contribute to transition planning and stabilization efforts post Day 1
Assist in validating readiness checkpoints and acceptance criteria
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Maintain project documentation , including assessment outputs, risk registers, and action trackers
Ensure documentation is structured, traceable, and audit-ready
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or technology consulting
Experience in one or more domains: Security assessments / GRC
IT infrastructure and cloud security
OT/industrial environments
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
Experience supporting complex projects or transformations is preferred
Key Skills
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and track multiple workstreams and dependencies
Excellent stakeholder coordination across technical and business teams
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with modern AI technologies (for example, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
Professional Attributes

Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables
Good to Have
Exposure to M&A or large-scale integration programmes
Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, Security+
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, financial services)
