Devereux-Arizona serves more than 4,000 individuals with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive differences each year across the state. We offer residential treatment, short-term residential treatment, a private school, community-based services, integrated care services, prevention programs, respite services and therapeutic foster care. As a  Contracts & Credentialing Specialist , you will be responsible for payer contract administration, provider and facility credentialing, compliance monitoring, and ongoing contract maintenance. This role serves as the primary coordinator for the contract lifecycle, including tracking renewals, amendments, implementation activities, and maintaining contract records. Job duties include managing assigned payer agreements and contract documentation; reviewing contract-related cost and reimbursement analyses; monitoring contract terms, deadlines, and compliance requirements; and ensuring contract records are complete, accurate, and maintained within electronic databases. This position maintains and updates electronic contract files and related databases (EHR), and serves as a liaison between payers, leadership, and operational departments regarding contract administration matters (enrollment activities, documentation submittal, payer fee schedules, payer agreements).
