This is an outstanding opportunity for a contracts professional who enjoys improving processes, working with technology, and helping build the operational infrastructure of a growing legal department. The Contracts & Legal Operations Manager will combine hands-on commercial contracting with legal operations responsibilities, including supporting the company's contract lifecycle management system, helping improve contracting processes, and assisting with the evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled legal tools. This role offers meaningful exposure across the business and the opportunity to grow alongside a collaborative legal team. The position is open to remote candidates within the United States. The targeted base compensation range is $190,000 to $210,000, plus bonus and meaningful equity. Individual total compensation will depend on the candidate's directly relevant experience.
