Summary Job Description: Weekly Hours: 40 Shift: 1st Status: Full Time Department Marketing Statement Food & Nutrition Services offers nourishing meals to patients, visitors, and Baptist Health Louisville employees. The department has about 120 employees and operates 24-hours a day/seven days a week. It provides great employment opportunities for growth and development within the department and hospital. Responsibilities Prepares and cooks retail and / or patient meals Handles food in a safe and sanitary manner. Uses food service equipment properly and safely. Participates in activities to improve Food and Nutrition services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
