Who are we hiring?    The Coordinator, Content Publisher will play a hands-on role in managing and publishing content across our web and app platforms — helping to create seamless digital experiences that drive discovery, traffic, and conversion across MSG's venues and properties. This role will work closely with internal teams to execute content updates, support promotional activations, and ensure our digital channels are always accurate, on-brand, and optimized   What will you do?    Content Publishing & Management  — Publish and maintain digital content across websites and apps, including event announcements, venue information, promotional pages, and landing pages; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency across all properties   HTML & Email Support  — Code and deploy content updates using HTML; collaborate with the email marketing team on campaign execution and content alignment across owned channels   SEO & Optimization  — Optimize content to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic; support navigation improvements and purchase path enhancements   Marketing Promotions  — Execute digital tactics supporting promotional activations including QR codes, promo codes, and landing page builds   Data & Reporting  — Monitor site performance and content metrics; surface insights and flag opportunities for improvement to senior team members   Cross-Functional Collaboration  — Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure content updates align with campaign timing and brand standards Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site   What do you need to succeed?    1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a related field   Proficiency in HTML; experience coding and publishing digital content required   Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS); WordPress preferred   Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape including SEO, email marketing, and content strategy   Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously   Collaborative team player and self-starter who takes ownership of work end-to-end   Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite   Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours during peak periods   #LI-Onsite   Pay Range $45,000 — $68,000 USD At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees’ talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
