Corporate Recruiter (Temp-to-Hire)
What You'll Do
As a Corporate Contract Recruiter, you'll play a key role in helping Prime Controls attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying great talent, staying ahead of market trends, and influencing hiring decisions that support business growth.
A Typical Day at Prime Controls
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate and professional positions, from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring decisions.
Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and other creative sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Create engaging candidate outreach campaigns that strengthen our employment brand and attract diverse talent.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Lead offer development and presentation, including compensation recommendations, offer negotiations, and closing candidates.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams throughout the recruiting process.
Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, compensation, and recruiting best practices.
Manage candidate and requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Support recruiting initiatives including employee referral programs, employer branding efforts, social media campaigns, career fairs, and talent community engagement.
Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, company policies, EEO guidelines, and recruiting best practices.

Contributing ideas that improve recruiting effectiveness, employer branding, and overall hiring outcomes.
What You Will Bring
The Basic
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required.
5+ years’ experience with applicant tracking systems
3+ years’ experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
3-year experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process in medium to large organizations
Intermediate experience with Microsoft office products
Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to exercise tact and discretion
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
The Preferred
Previous recruiting experience in engineering, construction, industrial, and/or industrial automation
Bachelor’s degree in related field
