Crusher Plant Operator

What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor portable crushing and screening equipment to meet daily production targets. Set up, tear down, and relocate the portable plant across sites throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure safe, efficient operations. Adjust plant settings and material flow to optimize product quality and throughput. Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures while maintaining clean and organized work areas. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment. Demonstrated ability to operate crushing/screening equipment safely and efficiently. Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within SEPA and adapt to changing job sites. Commitment to safety, teamwork, and clear communication in a production environment. Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications/licensing for equipment operation.
