Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks related to Salesforce environments. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models relevant to Salesforce platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within Salesforce architecture.
