Problem-solving and iterative improvement are key aspects of daily activities, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, customized software products that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective software solutions. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability within SAP BW/4HANA environments. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes relevant to SAP systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data warehousing and reporting. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
