The role requires working closely with teams to implement scalable and efficient software using contemporary development frameworks and methodologies. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and adaptation to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring that the solutions delivered are robust and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments. - Strong knowledge of system integration and deployment processes within virtualized environments. - Ability to monitor and optimize performance of virtual applications and desktops. - Familiarity with security best practices related to virtual desktop infrastructure.
