Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Account Representative to build strong client relationships while supporting account-related services and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, developing professional relationships, and working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests. Provide accurate information about products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Resolve routine customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain organized records of customer account activities. Support customer satisfaction and account retention initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives. Follow company policies and customer service standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
