You will assist clients with account inquiries, provide product and service information, and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Manage customer accounts and update account information accurately. Provide information about products, services, and available solutions. Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
