Work Flexibility: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6pm
Overtime based on business needs
What you will do -
Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships
Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
What you need -
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience
High school diploma
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Customer Service and Order Entry
Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
$23.41 - $29.46 USD Hourly
Travel Percentage: 10%
