About the Role As a  Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end when riders need help. You'll handle incoming calls with a calm, confident approach—solving problems, answering questions, and turning rough rides into smooth experiences. Whether you're helping someone find their driver or resolving a payment issue, you’ll be making a real impact every day. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls from riders Troubleshoot issues with app functionality, rides, or payments Deliver helpful, friendly, and on-brand support with every interaction Guide users step-by-step to find solutions fast Keep accurate records of interactions and issues Maintain a positive and proactive attitude—even on tough days Work with teammates and supervisors to share feedback and improve processes Qualifications What You’ll Bring A passion for helping people and a knack for problem-solving Empathy, patience, and professional communication skills Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to multitask across systems while keeping your customer first Experience in customer service, rideshare support, retail, or hospitality is a plus Flexibility to work different shifts Must Haves 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work on-site at our Pittsburgh, PA office
