Job Description
Customer Service Representative - Mission Support & Service Operations At Teledyne FLIR Defense, our technologies help support critical missions for defense, public safety, and emergency response teams around the world. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive timely support, parts, and service while helping the team maintain efficient operations. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating across multiple teams, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting products that serve vital missions. What you'll do Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer requests efficiently
Process purchase orders, contracts, and payments while ensuring compliance requirements are met
Generate shipping documentation and support order fulfilment activities
Coordinate closely with technicians, peers, and internal departments
Manage customer data and documentation for international return requests
Screen customers, systems, and transactions in accordance with trade regulations
Help reduce spare parts backlog and maintain service workflow efficiency
Process government receipts and shipments through PIEE
Maintain reports and support additional service-related activities as needed
What you need Required: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Required: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Required: Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Required: Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs
Advantage: Experience in customer service or service operations
Advantage: Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Range:
$44,500.00-$59,300.000
