We are hiring a Client Success Manager who will be responsible for the management, success and growth of a portfolio of global enterprise-level clients. We’re looking for HR industry experts who have a proven track record of broadening and deepening relationships, ensuring clients’ success and are passionate about driving transformative change within the human resources industry.
You will use your expertise in driving global accounts, your creative problem-solving skills, and your impeccable ability to execute to ensure the success of the relationship. In tandem with a Client Partner, you will establish yourself as a trusted, consultative business partner by ensuring our solutions are fully deployed and optimized, and that your clients are realizing the full capability of the pymetrics platform.
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with Pymetrics’ largest, enterprise-level clients
Develop a deep understanding of your client’s businesses, competitors, and verticals.
In tandem with a Client Partner, define client objectives and success criteria for their partnership with pymetrics
Partner cross functionally inside pymetrics on continuous improvement programs and drive client specific improvement plans to achieve high client satisfaction; Promote internal advocacy in order to create many-to-many connections between the client and pymetrics
Customize and execute on change management, training and roll out plans for clients to drive usage and adoption of pymetrics
Partner with Analytics and I/O Psychology team to conduct ROI, Predictive Validity and Adverse Impact studies that showcase the value that pymetrics delivers
Oversee and ensure the successful implementation and performance of all pymetrics programs within your account set
Establish advocacy and adoption of Pymetrics with your clients by acting as a strategic and trusted business partner with executives, decision-makers and individual contributors throughout the client’s organization
Educate clients on AI-based talent matching best practices and advise on strategies and tactics to drive adoption
In tandem with the Client Partner, conduct comprehensive business reviews that demonstrate a deep understanding of your client’s goals & results and provide data-backed recommendations that will evolve strategy and maximize success
Partner with the Sales team to create and implement the success, renewal and expansion strategies to drive account growth
Maintain a deep understanding of the HR tech industry to facilitate proper competitive positioning and be a credible expert in this space
BS / BA degree required – MBA preferred
7+ years of client management experience
Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic, creative and solutions-oriented business partner for enterprise clients
Prior experience managing and/or supporting senior level relationships at enterprise clients
Track record of success driving consistent revenue growth and proactively providing strategic recommendations across your clients
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in human capital management consulting
Advanced skills in MS Office applications, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
