Customer Service Representative, Ready Mix - Central Florida

Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer Service   Representative (Dispatch) to join our team in Florida!   The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.    Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required .    Dispatch / Customer Service Required Skills and Abilities:    High School diploma or equivalent    Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred    Excellent customer service and communication skills    Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office    Willingness to learn    Availability: Monday - Saturday    Bilingual (Spanish); preferred    Dispatch / Customer Service Tasks and Responsibilities:    Assist customers in placing orders    Efficiently respond to customers’ calls and emails    Suggest products to meet customers’ needs    Process customers’ payments    Communicate and resolve, in a satisfactory and timely manner, any customer concerns or issues as they occur,   Liaise between Sales, Plant Managers, and Customers to ensure customer satisfaction   Benefits Include:    Competitive hourly rate of pay based on ability & experience    Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance; Company-Paid Basic Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability Insurance   8 Paid Holidays a Year & Weekly Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)   401k with company match and full vestiture upon eligibility     About Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida:    Celebrating over 30 years in Florida, Maschmeyer Concrete has become one of the leading privately-held , family-oriented ready- mix concrete and building materials suppliers in the State of Florida.
