About the Role
You'll lead high-performing teams on large-scale transformation programmes, helping clients use leading technologies to improve customer experience, create measurable growth, and build lasting customer relationships. We're looking for a manager-level practitioner who can shape strategy, lead delivery, and build trusted relationships across client and Accenture teams . Your expertise and skills should include the following focus areas.
AI & Digital Transformation
Identifying, shaping and delivering AI-enabled opportunities to transform customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new sources of growth
Leading front-office operating model change for B2B and B2C organisations, from strategy through to implementation
Identifying growth opportunities, sizing value potential, and shaping client strategies to deliver them
Translating strategic vision into clear, prioritised roadmaps with accountable milestones, owners, and outcomes
Designing and quality-assuring customer-facing propositions, offerings, and pricing strategies
Owning digital transformation workstreams, including business case development, value tracking, risk management, and delivery of customer experience or cost-to-serve improvements
Customer-Centricity
Designing and leading the delivery of AI-enabled customer engagement and personalisation solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes
Leading customer-centric process redesign using creativity, design thinking, research insight, and commercial rigour
Embedding new ways of working in client organisations, including adoption planning, governance, and change enablement
Designing and facilitating senior stakeholder workshops that drive alignment, decision-making, and momentum
Interpersonal Skills & Ways of Working
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and executive communication skills
Proven experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and senior stakeholder relationships in complex delivery environments
Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across all project stages, from sales and shaping through to delivery and value realisation
Strong familiarity with agile delivery, product-oriented ways of working, and transformation governance frameworks
Your experience:
6+ years’ experience in customer strategy, growth, service transformation, or front-office operating model change
Experience shaping or delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives is desirable.
Track record of leading teams or workstreams in the design and delivery of customer-impacting transformation programmes
Experience developing client relationships, shaping proposals, contributing to business development, and supporting sales conversations
Design Thinking practitioner; certification in Project Management and/or Agile Methodologies desirable
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
Experience in management consulting is highly regarded; manager-level consulting experience is preferred
