Work collaboratively with myBlue, pharmacy, enrollment, billing, benefits and claims to ensure each customer is provided information tailored to their individual healthcare needs. Document contents of each call to capture the nature of the interaction and potential process improvement opportunities for consideration. You’ll Need to Bring: Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA. Computer proficiency with the ability to move between multiple screens/applications while maintaining focus on a conversation. Excellent communication skills both active listening and a clear spoken communication style.
