Additionally, beginning in June 2027, employees who live within a 50-mile radius of the office will be expected to work on-site three days per week as part of our hybrid work model. We are seeking a Decisioning Execution Analyst to support the execution, testing, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of decision strategies across our lending products. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and technology, helping ensure that approved credit and pricing strategies are accurately translated into production logic and executed as intended. This individual will play an important role in supporting decision changes from business requirements through deployment and validation, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Credit, Product, Risk, and Engineering. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, technically curious, and excited to build expertise in decisioning, controls, and process improvement.
