Location: Dr Serafim Kleitches DDS Registered Dental Hygienist needed at Sam J. Kleitches, DDS in Charlotte, NC (Steele Creek area) Monday-Wednesday 7:45am-4pm, Thursday 7:45am-2pm. Kleitches, DDS is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our established, patient-focused dental practice in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Conduct oral health assessments and oral cancer screenings Educate patients on preventive care and home oral hygiene Assist in developing individualized treatment plans alongside the doctor Accurately document patient care using electronic dental records Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications Current North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred New graduates are encouraged to apply We Offer Competitive hourly pay ranging from $50-$55/hr (based on experience) Paid holidays Paid vacation Supportive and experienced team Modern, technology-driven office Consistent weekday schedule with an excellent work-life balance FLSA Status: Non-Exempt We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
