Recall appointments: 1 hour Pediatric appointments: 45 minutes New Patient appointments: 1.5 hours Modern Technology Dentrix practice management software iTero digital scanner Digital workflow designed to help you provide exceptional patient care Supportive Team Culture Collaborative doctors who value your clinical expertise Friendly, experienced team members who enjoy working together Positive workplace focused on patient care, communication, and professional growth Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employer-paid Life Insurance Employer-paid Short-Term Disability Insurance Additional voluntary benefit options available during enrollment What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments Provide periodontal charting and evaluations Take diagnostic digital radiographs Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing Administer fluoride treatments and preventive services Educate patients on oral health and home care Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding patient care Build trusting relationships that keep patients smiling Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Current Michigan Dental Hygiene License (New Grads/awaiting license welcome) Current CPR/BLS Certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude Ability to perform all aspects of dental hygiene care, including: Periodontal charting Digital X-rays Adult and pediatric prophylaxis Scaling and root planing Fluoride treatments Preventive patient education Why Northline Dental?
