Company Overview Dental Office Manager Location: Denver Highlands (Near 38th Avenue & Lowell Boulevard) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (8-hour shifts vary by day) Compensation: $30.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience Join a Modern, High-Energy Dental Practice in the Heart of the Highlands Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment? We're a modern, single-provider PPO and Fee-for-Service dental practice located in the vibrant Denver Highlands neighborhood. Our office is known for its welcoming atmosphere, loyal patients, and energetic culture. We're looking for an experienced leader who can inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and help us continue delivering outstanding care. What You'll Do As our Dental Office Manager, you'll be the operational leader of the practice while helping cultivate an engaging, positive workplace where both patients and team members feel valued. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing dental team Inspiring accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive culture Conducting daily morning huddles, monthly one-on-one meetings, and quarterly team meetings Optimizing the provider's schedule for productivity and an exceptional patient experience Ensuring incoming calls are answered promptly and voicemails are returned in a timely manner Overseeing insurance verification, patient check-in/check-out, and front office workflows Ensuring patient balances are collected at the time of scheduling or treatment whenever appropriate Helping patients understand and utilize financing options, including CareCredit, Cherry, and other lending solutions Managing daily banking responsibilities, deposits, and financial reconciliation Maintaining efficient office systems and ensuring established processes are consistently followed What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of dental industry experience At least 3 years in a dental leadership or management role Strong understanding of PPO and Fee-for-Service practice operations A confident, positive leader who motivates others while holding the team accountable Outstanding customer service and communication skills Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, collections, and front office operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive mindset and passion for building an exceptional patient experience Compensation & Benefits We believe great leaders deserve great rewards. Work Environment This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Physical Demands The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday. Education and Experience A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.
