We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry to Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states, and we continue to grow. Our care model removes administrative and logistical burdens so providers can focus entirely on patient care.
Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Louisville, KY . This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in senior and underserved communities.
CMC manages all equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics. This is a 1099 independent contractor position , allowing you to practice dentistry without the overhead or administrative demands of a traditional office.
Key Responsibilities Provide routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and basic restorative procedures Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric patients Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care Ensure patient comfort and safety in a facility-based care environment
Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Kentucky dental license Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or mobile dentistry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt to various care settings
Schedule 2–3 days per month Weekday availability preferred Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
